Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes:
1 box strawberry cake mix
to that add:
1 box vanilla instant pudding powder
1/4 C. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Then proceed to follow cake mix instructions
Frosting:
1 container of lemon frosting
to that add:
4 oz. cream cheese
1 TBS. of fresh lemon zest
Mix with hand mixer
Frost cupcakes when they have completely cooled. Roll edges of cupcake in pink and red sprinkles. Decorate with a fresh sliced strawberry on top.
